Heylo👋
What's up, dear reader?
Hope you are doing well.
If you’re in India, please take care of yourself, stay indoors and only go out if you must.
If you’re outside of India, please pray for your Indian friends, Covid-19 is rampaging through the country like wildfire.
We need all the prayers we can get 🙏
Last week we soft-launched our website - The Wisdom Project
It was high time we owned our own piece of internet real estate. Moving out of the rented land that Substack provides is both exciting and nerve-racking.
This means learning WordPress, buying hosting, and making sure the site doesn’t go down amidst all the updates that WP gets.
But it also means having a place on the internet we can call Home🏡
FWIW, the site is still under construction, we are figuring some issues out, but it should be fine soon enough.
Anyways, it was a necessary move, we have an upcoming post explaining this in detail, probably next week.
What changes for you?
Nothing much, except that you get shorter emails with links to the longer post you can read later at your leisure.
So what do we have for you this week - Let’s go👇
Cognitive Biases
We wrote a round-up post of the 5 Most important biases holding you back.
Judgment, decision-making is going to the skill of the future. And having the ability to tame your cognitive biases is an essential element of that.
There are probably hundreds of biases identified by behavioral scientists.
We distilled them down to the 5 most important ones you need to know, and some short tips on how you can tackle them.

Passion Economy
We also wrote about Li Jin - The founder of Atelier, an early-stage VC fund that invests in passion economy companies.
She appeared on the Indie Hackers Podcast a couple of months back.
We posted the show notes of the podcast this week.
The Passion economy takes over from the Gig economy that the “Ubers” of the world popularized over the last decade.
It is championed by companies like Etsy, Shopify & Substack.
In many ways, it is the future of work in this world, something that WE are banking on heavily as well😅

The Crazy Challenge
Lastly, we took on this crazy challenge on Twitter😅.
Not sure how it will go, but excited about the next 30 days.
That’s it then for this week, see you next week!
Let us know what you thought of this post, we love listening to feedback.
Bye
