Found this on reddit, I thought it was worth addressing.
Probably the biggest problem of the decade - how do you increase your attention span.
I've struggled with this a lot myself.
Here's what is working for me -
No twitter on my phone
No news
Limited short form video content < 30 minutes a day
Long walks every day
Reflective journaling and meditation (almost daily)
Books - Kindle and Physical
Audiobooks over Podcasts
Getting comfortable with being bored and doing nothing during brief periods of my day when I have nothing โto doโ- like no phone on the toilet, or when I'm sending in a queue, or when I've just woken up or about to sleep
