“How to cope with the fact that there’ll be always more work than I can do?”
Your ToDo list isn’t a puddle, its a river.
It will never end.
If you’re going to live for 100 years, you will have work for 101 years on your ToDo list.
This can be very disconcerting, it used to make me anxious…
But lately I’ve made my peace with it.
My antidote to "there'll always be more work than I can do" -
I tell myself -
"Its okay if I miss out on a few tasks on my todo list. I can always get to them later, or not at all.
Nothing is more important than my peace of mind"
It’s taken me a while to train my brain to hold this belief.
Few books which have helped -
And lots of writing for self reflection.
But finally I can say - my never ending todo list doesn’t bother me anymore.
Try these books, they might help if you face the same issue.
