Hey folks 👋
How’s it going?
Welcome to Wisdom Letter #95.
This email will take less than 2 minutes of your time⌚
We are reading up on an interesting mental model - Pareto Principle.
You might have heard of it as the 80/20 rule.
It has wide implications, one of them is that in anything you do, you see 80% of the results from 20% of the efforts.
Today we see one such example👇
The NoCode Revolution👨💻
If you’re anywhere close to the tech/startup scene, you would have heard about the No Code movement.
Founders build a basic version of their product using pre-built tools and without writing a single line of code.
They can validate 80% of their idea by doing 20% of the work.
This is the perfect application of the Pareto Principle in the startup world.
Bram Kanstein is a creator who caught on to the trend in its nascent stage. Back in 2017, he started working on a course called No Code MVP.
It’s a set of principles and tools that anyone can use to validate their startup ideas without writing a single line of code.
Saving months of development time and money.
If the idea works, you double down and build the actual product.
If the idea doesn’t work, you dump it and move on with minimal sunk costs.
This week we wrote a piece about Bram Kanstein and his philosophy around No Code MVP.
If you have a few startup ideas (who doesn’t!) that you want to quickly validate, this post is a must-read 👇

💭Something to chew on
If there were no restrictions, and you had 1 idea to work on for the next 4 weeks, what would you work on and why?
All your responsibilities are taken care of, your bills are paid, your current job will not go anywhere.
You have to pick 1 thing to create, what will you create?
Think about it🤔
