āWhen you make a decision has a great impact on how you make a decision.ā
The time of day of making a decision matters more than you can imagine.
Why?
Because of decision fatigue.
Thatās what they found out when they studied judges making decisions in court cases.

Painful vs Powerful Problems
Life is full of problems, you canāt escape them.
So itās best to embrace them.
Intentionally pick the problems you want to solve, and you will feel empowered. We often feel miserable because we feel that our problems are being forced upon us.
This happened to me when I quit my job and turned to entrepreneurship.
In my previous life, as a corporate employee I often felt frustrated and helpless, because somehow there was a sense that I have been thrust into this corporate life by societal expectations. I didnāt choose these problems! They were more painful than powerful.
My life as an entrepreneur isnāt devoid of problems, but I feel way more fulfilled, happy and in control because Iāve chosen these problems myself. Theyāre more powerful than painful.
Loved this from the book Subtle Art of not giving a F*ck.

THANK YOU. I really needed to be reminded of the 1-minute rule more often. My biggest problem is getting those little tasks done on time so they don't build up on me. Great advice and great work :)
