What’s your information diet?
Last week I wrote about how I’ve started to see my information diet.
Every piece of content I consume, I classify it as -
Proteins
Carbs
Fats
Sugar
Vitamins
Painkillers
Much like my actual diet has an impact on my physical health, my information diet has an impact on my intellectual health.

We feel the urge to check social media, and consume cheap fluffy content because we’re afraid of boredom. Our brains feel discomfort when we’re bored, so we avoid boredom at every cost.
But boredom is essential for doing real creative problem solving.
