🧠 Mental Liquidity, the Fear of AGI and more
Important Announcement and a few changes | Wisdom Letter #187
Hey friend👋
Today we’re starting a new ritual in this newsletter.
There’s an abundance of quality content on the internet today.
Which is great, but it has its problems.
Filtering and curating valuable content has become a challenge these days.
Our feeds are full of random stuff that the algorithms want to push down our throats.
That’s not content that’s necessarily good for you.
In fact, it’s most likely bad.
Consuming randomly poor quality content is detrimental to your intellectual and psychological well being.
As human curators of wisdom, we want to fix this problem.
So starting today, every week, we’ll share 3-5 highlights and notes from quality pieces of content we’ve consumed.
It will be from sources such as books, articles, videos, podcasts, and even tweets and threads.
I’m very excited for this new approach going forward.
Hope you find it valuable as well.

"What are going to be the highlight(s) of my day?"
What a great idea! I know a gratitude practice can help me a bit with this... but asking myself this question as I plan my day in the morning sounds even better. I deal with a lot of morning stress and this is a great reframe from "What do I need to get done today?"
Awesome!!
